Drama Hairstyles!

1. "Arang and the Magistrate"

Fig.1 - GIRLS -  Shin Min Ah's hairstyle - A really cute hairstyle that can be used on a normal day to go out! Yeah, and it's not that difficult to make. I think that's a kind of messed up traditional Korean hairstyle but it's still really cute. Long hair, it doesn't matter the color, with really cute braids on the sides pushing hair strands back like a small french braid? I don't know how to explain it, but I'll definitely try it out. ^^  

2. "The Great Doctor" aka "Faith"

Fig. 1 - GIRLS - Kim Hee Sun's hairstyle - OMO :) I really love the color ^^ Well, this hairstyle is really trendy, most women can do it - long to medium hair, no (short) bangs and "natural" curls. Nevertheless, not every women can pull out the color, I think o.o. This is a kind of a warm brown-red color, I think it suits her, because it does some contrast with her light skin, I wouldn't recommend this color to people with dark skin because I don't think it would be flattering. Anyway, this is another hairstyle I would like to try! :)

Fig.2. BOYS - Lee Min Ho's hairstyle - Oh GOD, why did you make him so handsome? ^^ Seriously, he is! Anyway - this hairstyle is really flattering on him, well shorter hair does that for him too...What can I say, it's a really good look for a period drama or to simply day life (without the pony tail of course - I'm not very fond of it :s on any boy/man!). He can pull it of, but I don't think that just anybody could be flattered by it, so I wouldn't fully recommend this to all boys. I do like shorter hairstyles on man, but this one is, among the medium sized ones, the cutest. JSYK I don't like long hair on any man, and when I say long, I mean anything below the shoulders (just my opinion, feel free to disagree - personal taste LOL) ^^

3. "To the Beautiful You"

Fig.1. GIRLS - Sulli's hairstyles in the drama :) At first she has a cute curled long hair with bangs, which is a very trendy look. I can say most korean girls appreciate this look because many of the major girls groups aka SNSD or 2ne1 or f(x) have or already had this hairstyle (yeah, I'm aware she is a member of f(x) ^^ this supports my theory) so...I think it's very cute, maybe I'll try it the next time I go to the hairdresser. Then, for the sake of the role, she cuts off her hair. I sincerely think that the new hairstyle suits her really well! :) I always wanted to try out a hairstyle like that, but I don't have the courage to do so...(yeah..I know the hair grows again but...I'd have to live with the consequences of a bad cut for a reasonable amount of time ^^ so...I think I'll retreat from doing that). But, going back to what really matters - even the hair color is cute, a kind of hazelnut color. Humm, I think that's it :) I heard that short hairstyles were the trend to this  fall/winter but, personally, I don't think trends mean much anyway, as long as you like your hairstyle and it flatters you.

BOYS - Choi Min Ho's hairstyle - I don't have much to say, except that he looks handsome just as always :) I do like this hairstyle, it's modern, trendy and I think it suits most facial shapes. The color is really cute too, I noted that in the light his hair becomes really shiny with a cheerful color.

Fig.3 - BOYS - Lee Hyun Woo's hairstyle - First thing, he is really cute ^^ but, I can't say I'm really fond of the hairstyle. I like the cheerful color and I think, for some reason, that the hairstyle really suits the character - a funny, lively cute boy. I don't think that this hairstyle can be used by just any person...it depends too much on the person's visage, life style and, specially, type of hair. A thick hair would probably ruin this hairstyle (I kind of  have thick hair, so I know that it's really a pain not to make it bulky aka chuckle ^^).
