The Princess' Man

Hello!
I think I have to write something about this cute, yet dramatic, drama.

Honestly, I thought it would be very similar to SungKyunKwan Scandal, but it has nothing to do with it. Despite being the same style, a historical drama (period / romancel), involves a whole storyline and characters that are very different than I expected. Lightly, I thought "Great! Another cute love story (typical of a historical drama, of course)." But the truth is that this drama is much more than that.

Despite the summaries that you see out there say that is very similar to the story of Romeo and Juliet, the truth is that it is not so ... Ok, you may have some similar things, as the desperation of one who loves and is willing to abdicate of life itself in favor of the beloved, and also the typical dissension between the parents of those in love ... But this story goes even further, making use of the most typical savoir faire of the South Koreans, at least with regard to dramatic scenes. In this story, we are unquestionably on the side of pure love, where nothing has blame.

What is the sin they committed? None. And yet, they must fight against everything and everyone to be together. It is a story of true love, which teaches us to resist, to fight and believe that one day everything will improve.
Moreover, it is the kind of story that, inadvertently, we eagerly absorb all the episodes (at least the available episodes ^ ^) to know what's coming next. I totally advise this beautiful story!

Myung Wol The Spy

Myung Wol The Spy

I really like this story - it's fresh and original - An elite North Korean spy, Han Myung Wol, and her partner, Choi Ryu, infiltrates South Korea on a mission to disrupt the Hallyu Wave by kidnapping one of their top stars, Kang Woo. Despite her proficiency at her job, Myung Wol's one weakness is her uncontrollable curiosity. The mission is to marry Kang Woo (or Gang U), but, Myung Wol never fell in love with no one so, she doesn't know how to achieve her goal. And to make things worse (or not!) she falls in love with Kang Woo instead.

This drama it's pretty interesting. I laugh, giggle or smile every episode. I can't control myself, in every episode there are funny or cute situations - the relationship between Kang Woo and Myung Wol is really cute, they really suit each other. The problem is when he discovers she isn't who she says she is...

One more thing, I'm not sure, but I think that her partner Choi Ryu likes her, like really likes her...I don't know why I find him really cute and he changes his facial expression when he is with Myung Wol, or when leaves everything to rescue her...This is nonsense...in the end she will be with Kang Woo - who I find really cute too - he shows a false facet, in reality he isn't who he wants everybody to think he is, he'sensitive and lovable.

Scent of A Woman

Hi guys!!
Today I thought "Why not make a post about this amazing drama??" and...well, here I am!

Description:   Lee Yeon Jae is low level staff in travel agent company who receives verdict that she’s dying and only has several months left then decides to travel to beautiful places all over the world.
Kang Ji Wook is the heir of big travel agent company who engaged to Se Kyung. After they fight and their engagement collapses , Ji Wook quits his parents company, meets Lee Yeon Jae and his life changed completely.

"Scent of  a Woman" is one of the brightest surprises among all the dramas released this year: it's fresh (although the story is sad...), it's nerve racking and you'll be able to feel the same emotions as the character - if she suffers, we suffer along with her, if she defeats obstacles or is happy, we'll be happy too! Not all the dramas can do what this one does to the audience. It touches a very sensitive issue - illnesses like cancer - and makes us realize that life really is two days...it teaches us to persevere, to find happiness even when all seems so ephemeral.

"If it was me, what would I do?" - this is the question I've done many times while watching the drama, and the truth is that I couldn't really find an answer...I've kept thinking that if that happened, I would like to react like her - with such force, perseverance, confidence and even fearless...

This drama is based in a love story different from all I've seen until now. I kind of feel bad for her...Why does she have to have that illness?? She could be perfectly healthy and find the love of her life! But, that's the point- injustice is everywhere in our lives, we have to accept it and adapt ourselves...Although I won't keep my hopes high, I really want that, in the end, she'll survive somehow - like a miracle, or that the doctor had the wrong prognosis...wouldn´t we all want it to be like that if it was us? Anyway, it is a beautiful drama with amazing actors! I think anyone would like it so, if you find it interesting, watch it ^^!

Ouran High School Host Club

Hello!!
Today I decided to post a post about this fantastic manga, anime and, finally, drama (live action).
The story revolves around a high school girl named Fujioka Haruhi at the prestigious Ouran Academy, who stumbles upon a group of male students who have formed their own club as hosts. Accidentally breaking an antique vase, Haruhi ends up owing the club a vast amount of money, and she ends up posing as a host in order to repay her debt.

Truth is I only watched the anime and started watching the live action a few days ago. I loved the anime, it was really good (although at first I doubted if I would like it or not...).I ended up liking it so much that it became one of my favorites! That's the irony of my life my friends. LOL Anyway, the same happened with the live action...the first episode...was a little of a shock to me...I didn't like it at all...i thought it was a little too weird! LOL That's what happens when you try to compare the anime version with the live action...

So far, I've seen 4 episodes, and I can say that i started to like it! I became habituated to the "weirdness" or "originality", choose the word that defines better this series...LOL but I've also noticed that they chose well the actors for the live action - they are quite similar to the characters..Perhaps, the only disappointment is Honey-senpai - the fact that he is so short in the anime, didn't mean they had to exaggerate it so much in the live action... Just my opinion!! ^^

Ouran High School Host Club Live Action is worth the watch. It's really enjoyable, funny and cute! Although, at least for now, it isn't as "perfect" as I thought it could be...maybe it surprises me until the end :) the best part is yet to come (Tamaki&Haruhi) so...let's wait and have faith!
To those who haven't watched the anime yet, i would strongly recommend!  Watch the live action too! A good and funny story is always enjoyable - manga, anime or live action.

Serendipity Manga

Hi!

Serendipity Manga - About a man unable to open his heart to others and a woman who is poor but lives life filled with love and hope.
Serendipity is when someone finds something that they weren't expecting to find. The word has been voted as one of the ten English words that were hardest to translate in June 2004 by a British translation company. However, due to its sociological use, the word has been exported into many other languages. In the simplest of words, it means a "happy accident".

Cute!! This manga has most of all the ingredients to satisfy romance reader's voracity. It's a delightful story, a bittersweet mixture of what love brings unexpectedly. The drawings are very good and, besides, I was taken by surprise when I realized it was colorful. "Awesome!" - I thought. (:

Give it a try, probably you'll enjoy it as much I do!

My Love By My Side

Hi!

I started watching this drama on Monday and I'm already at the 16th episode. I can't say this is the best drama ever, not at all, but it's interesting.

"My Love By My Side" is a story about a girl, Do Mi Sol, who gets pregnant from Seok Bin, her boyfriend (or just a colorful friend...well, they kind of loved each other so...loved one?) and can't continue studying. His mom tried to compel Mi Sol to abort, but she doesn't do it. With her mother's support, she gives birth to Yong Hoon, a cute boy. Meanwhile, Seok Bin ran way to America and marries a woman there - 7 years later he comes back and still doesn't know he has a son.

A love story between Mi Sol and So Ryong (this character is the real grandson of the rich grandma so, the company's heir) starts being "announced" by several events - 7 years after they met, they will find each other again and So Ryong falls for her (he doesn't know her past or that she is a single mom). Anyway, he is the best option: he really loves her, he defends her, he helps her, respects her, and he is so funny LOL.

This story is a testimony of strength and will. I found myself thinking of what would I do if I were in her place. If you like this type of story, dramatic type, sort of Kim Tak Gu, than you'll enjoy this one.

Zenkai Girl

Hello!

Zenkai Girl was a great surprise. I didn't think I would like it - I don't really know why I thought that - but I did the right thing starting to watch this japanese drama.

It's different from all I've seen until now, so this love story is original - Devoted to becoming an international lawyer, Ayukawa Wakaba is full of ambition. Her hard work pays off when she lands a job at an international law firm, but to her disappointment, the first prestigious assignment that is given to her is to babysit the boss' 5 year old daughter, Hinata. Wakaba loathes kids and nursing, but unwillingly takes on the job as she is fixated on wealth and success. One day when she goes to a preschool to pick up Hinata, she meets a man named Yamada Sota. Sota is a man without higher education, wealth, or a future goal, someone that Wakaba absolutely cannot stand, the complete opposite of her ideals. Once again, contrary to her will, she ends up looking after Hinata and a few other kids along with Sota. Despite being exhausted from all the first-time experiences in child care, Wakaba begins to realize what is truly important to her. A heart-warming comedy about work, relationships and love.

Both mane actors and children are Kawaiii!! Plus, I have to say Nishikido Ryo has such a beautiful and captivating smile! *Drooling* LOL Anyway, I'm watching this drama hoping a happy ending!!

The truth is that they will overcome pride (and prejudice) and be together. Wakaba learns how to love with Sota, and Sota learns to respect himself more with Wakaba. So, this is a story full of happy and sad moments, just as life itself.
